Serbian handball clubs have learned their opponents for the second round of the EHF European Cup, with Vojvodina, Dinamo Pančevo and Dubočica preparing to face teams from Israel, Slovenia and Latvia.
The participating teams were divided into four groups for the draw, which determined the matchups and the order of the home-and-away games.
Vojvodina Draws Israeli Opponent
Vojvodina was placed in Group D and will face Israeli club Maccabi Rishon LeZion.
The Serbian team will host the opening game in Novi Sad before traveling to Israel for the second leg.
Dinamo Pančevo was drawn in Group A against Slovenian side Trimo Trebnje.
The first match will be played in Slovenia on October 17 or 18, while the return game in Pančevo is scheduled for the following week.
Serbian Handball Clubs Face Away Tests
Dubočica was placed in Group B and will meet Latvian club ZRHK Tenax.
The team from Leskovac will play the first leg in Latvia before hosting the return match in Serbia.
All three Serbian handball clubs will compete across two legs, with the aggregate winners advancing to the next stage of the European Cup.
