Cetinje Ready for Three Nights of Music as Montenegro Beer Fest Returns

Cetinje is preparing for one of Montenegro’s biggest summer music events, with the sixth edition of Montenegro Beer Fest set to take place from July 31 to August 2. The three day festival is expected to bring visitors from across Montenegro and the wider region for a packed program of concerts, entertainment and food, with organizers describing this year’s edition as one of the strongest yet.

The festival will take place at the Turistički parking in Cetinje, with gates scheduled to open at 19:00 each evening. According to the official festival program, the event will feature a large lineup of regional performers across three nights, including Jelena Rozga, Rasta, Magla Bend and Čoda on the opening night. Saturday will feature Tony Cetinski, Van Gogh, Random and Anesthesia Band, while the final evening will bring performances from Željko Joksimović, Devito, Isak Šabanović and Luka Radović.

The scale of the program reflects how the event has developed since its first edition. What began as a beer and music festival has increasingly become a major summer gathering combining live performances, gastronomy and entertainment. Organizers say the festival has attracted growing interest each year, while local tourism sources describe the 2026 edition as the sixth installment of an event that has been held in Cetinje since 2021.

Montenegro Beer Fest Adds to Cetinje’s Summer Appeal

The choice of Cetinje as the host city also adds a distinctive dimension to the festival. Montenegro’s historic royal capital is already hosting a broader summer program throughout July, August and September, with concerts, cultural events and other activities scheduled across the city. Montenegro Beer Fest is one of the largest ticketed events included in that seasonal program, placing it at the center of Cetinje’s summer entertainment calendar.

Beyond the headline performances, the festival is expected to provide a significant boost to the city’s summer atmosphere and visitor numbers. Large music events can bring additional activity to accommodation providers, restaurants, transport services and other local businesses, particularly when they take place during the peak tourist season. With visitors expected from Montenegro and neighboring countries, the festival also gives Cetinje an opportunity to promote itself as a destination for events as well as history and cultural tourism.

The organizers have also emphasized the festival’s wider offer, with food and hospitality forming an important part of the experience alongside the concerts. The official event website lists three day passes and individual day tickets, while tickets are also being sold through selected physical outlets.

With only days remaining before the opening night, preparations are entering their final stage. The combination of major regional performers, a three night schedule and the city’s established summer events program is expected to make the festival one of the busiest weekends on Cetinje’s calendar.

Montenegro Beer Fest has therefore grown beyond a single entertainment event into a recognizable part of Cetinje’s summer identity. As the sixth edition prepares to welcome visitors at the end of July, the focus will be on three nights of live music, regional performers and a festival atmosphere that is expected to draw audiences from across Montenegro and beyond.
