The Macedonian community in the United States is preparing for a meaningful and inspiring weekend dedicated to leadership, heritage, and connection.

From March 28–30, 2026, the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) will host its 4th Annual Macedonian Women’s Conference, “Balancing the Scales: Preserving Our Roots While Building Our Future,” at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn in Fairfield.

The all-weekend gathering will bring together Macedonian women from across America for powerful discussions, networking opportunities, and community-building activities. Designed as both a professional and cultural platform, the conference will feature engaging panels, keynote speakers, and interactive sessions focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, workplace equity, wellness, and strengthening generational legacy.
