Iranian Foreign Minister Mocks U.S.: “Operation Epic Mistake”

Iran’s foreign minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, accused the United States of destabilizing the global oil industry with its attacks. On social media, he called the American campaign “Operation Epic Mistake,” a play on the U.S. operation’s name, Epic Fury.

Message on Global Oil Prices
Alongside a clip showing global oil prices, Araghchi wrote:

“We know that the U.S. plans attacks on our oil and nuclear capacities in the hope of stopping the massive inflation crisis. Iran is fully prepared.”

He added, “And we also have many surprises up our sleeve.”

No Intention to Harm U.S. Citizens
In a separate post, the Iranian top diplomat emphasized that Iran does not intend to harm ordinary Americans, stressing that the response is directed solely at military and strategic targets.
