Bravo Takes Advantage Against Shkendija With Narrow Win in First Leg

Slovenian club Bravo secured a valuable advantage over Shkendija after winning the first leg of their European qualifying tie, despite falling behind early in the match.

Shkëndija made the better start and quickly found the breakthrough, taking the lead from the penalty spot. The early goal gave the Macedonian side confidence, but Bravo responded before halftime and managed to bring the game back level.

The home team continued to push after the break and eventually found the winning goal, earning a 2 1 victory and a one goal advantage ahead of the return fixture.

Shkendija will now have the opportunity to turn the tie around in front of its home supporters in Skopje. The Macedonian club needs a win in the second leg to keep its European campaign alive.

Although Bravo enters the second match with the advantage, the result leaves the qualification battle open, with Shkëndija still within reach of advancing to the next round.
